1 Definitions & Applicability

The currently accepted payment methods on 444cd are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method. The maximum deposit limit may vary depending on account tier and payment method.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Account verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

• Withdrawal requests can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

444cd offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Deposit ৳32,000 and receive a ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x). Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only (not the deposit plus bonus combined). For example: a ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in wagers must be placed before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• Claiming a bonus on multiple accounts from the same IP address or household is not permitted.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, 444cd has the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• 444cd reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 Gaming Rules

• Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play.
• If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, 444cd will resolve it in accordance with its defined policy.

• Incorrect values or amounts displayed due to software errors will not be considered valid; 444cd has the right to restore the correct figures.

In sports betting, the odds and terms of a bet are confirmed before the event. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable policy.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 444cd platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Using any software, bots, automated tools, or other means to gain a strategic advantage in games.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing the bonus system or promotions.
• Attempting to access another member's account or steal their information.

• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's card or mobile banking account.

9.2 Closure by the Member

You may request to close your account at any time. In that case, any valid balance remaining in the account (subject to wagering requirements being met) will be returned to you. After the account is closed, that information may be retained for the applicable legal period.

10 Limitation of Liability
